I had to reach out about my order and it felt slow at first. I also didn’t love that there wasn’t any real human contact, it felt like I was just waiting around for some automated update or message. They did eventually get back to me after a couple of days and sorted everything out, which I appreciated. I just wish the communication had been quicker, clearer, and a bit more personal. Not the worst experience, but definitely not great either.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size and I was expecting the exchange to be annoying but it was actually really simple, I sent them back and the new pair showed up quick, no stress or weird back and forth with the return so I’d definitely buy from them again

I was hoping to find a few pieces I’d be excited to wear, but the styles felt boring to me and the selection seemed really limited. Maybe it works for someone else, but for me it was disappointing because I wanted to love it and just didn’t.

Overall, the prices seemed fair and the quality felt worth it for what I paid. I wouldn’t say it’s always the cheapest option, but it’s decent value. That said, I did feel a little dismissed when I had questions, which took away from the experience a bit...

I grabbed a couple of pairs from dailyjocks.com.au because they looked good on the site. Nice colours, decent photos, all that. Then they arrived and... yeah. Not terrible, just felt a bit cheaper than I expected.
I wore them a few times, washed them like normal, and the fabric started feeling rough quickly. One of the waistbands began curling too, which was annoying. The fit was okay, I guess. But for wearing all day? Not really that comfortable.
So, mixed feelings. They’re not the worst underwear I’ve bought, but at the price I thought they’d feel better and hold up better. I probably wouldn’t order again unless there was a decent sale.

I ordered from Daily Jocks and the shipping was just alright. It wasn’t painfully slow, but it did take a little over a week, which felt longer than I expected. I wore them all day, i kind of forgot I even had them on. I usually blame being picky or having a long day when something feels uncomfortable, but these were just super comfy the whole time.
